The staff was very polite and nice. The showers and toilets were clean. The hostel is situated at the very good location, near the Rynek and other main touristic attractions. There are also some trams nearby.

Due to the fact that it's near the Rynek and there are a lot of pubs around the hostel, it can be very noisy. Although eveybody should know that hostels in a center, are never quiet, it's good to notice this before booking (I did so I don't complain because I knew :))

windowpane was broke by me therefore i am sorry for that,in fact i spent money for it and it isnot important.. because of a event, i felt sad. it means that someone womitted in the toilet at night and someone who worked in reception,said to me that i womitted. you should know that it isnot me.

Clean close to everywhere friendly good price

We were on our first night and we came in from the street about 11.30. went to room and I could not be leived the loudness of the music it stoped at 4.15.it was inpossiple to sleep never again will I go there as the club has destroyed it for us .the second night it was not so loud.

Just the location, next to the old city

Everything: the room was small and looked old, the smell, the toilett was next to our room and it was very noisy, the hostel itself was dark and old.

It was very noisy from the street below making it difficult to sleep. Bed was also very soft and not very comfortable for sleeping on.

It was exactly as I expexted, if a little expensive given the standard. However, the fact that we stayed on the night of one of the EURO 2012 games when demand was high, that was to be expected. Location is excellent and would recommend it to anyone who is on a budget type trip

I had booked a room with a private bathroom. Upon my arrival, I was told they were no longer available and that I would have to share. They offered a very poor rebate on the price, and advised that I could still look for another hotel, which at that time of the night was impossible.

I was very impressed with the building itself and how it was designed and decorated.

Friendly staff, great location, great value. I had a suite (bedroom, kitchen and bathroom) off the Stary Rynek in an old building with character.

Price / Benefit ratio - I booked private room w/ shared bathroom and it was way overpriced - nothing special in shared flat for the price comparable with nearby hotels. Should cost 40% less - i've choosen that hostel because of the low availibility that day.

The big room with a small kitchenett and the shower-bath has been convenient. And the feminine staff has been frankly and circumspected.

The breakfast was not prepared kindly. Also one morning there was no coffee and on another morning a man was sleeping in the breakfastroom while we had breakfast. Also the different stairs, in dark brown colour painted, without a marked bevel cant, not has been accident-free.
